Royce doesn't have TOO many feelings about Kyouya since they...barely talked, but he thinks the young man is trying too hard to be ~cool~ and ~aloof~ but is letting a lot of his emotions about his friends cloud his decisions. JUST OFF OF A GENERAL FIRST IMPRESSION, OF COURSE. Royce wouldn't go out of his way to talk with the guy, but he hasn't really rubbed Royce the wrong way at all, either. Overall, Royce is pretty neutral about the guy.
