She likes Kenny! She tends to like people even if she acts like a jerk to everyone all the time, but Kenny is entertaining and that counts for a lot.

The first day she released her newspaper she honestly wasn't offended by everyone criticizing it because that is canon. She admits it herself. So nbd. She was definitely taken aback by the Princess Kenny persona but wow, such a juicy story, she couldn't resist. She has like. Almost no limits when it comes to being a horrible person so she can even roll with the 10 year old AV idol thing tho she figures he's not being serious. Kenny dying was sad not only because it means -1 story and photoshoot subject and -1 medic team but also she did genuinely like him and his awful sense of humor.

oh also forgot to mention the similarly immortal human in her canon is Mokou who might as well be the closest thing to a crossdresser because she is the only touhou to wear pants.

but Mokou threatened to cook Aya into kebabs so she likes Kenny better.
