Non-Chore CR Meme
(A Cheat Sheet for CR Charts)

♥ Step one: post with your characters.
♠ Step two: respond to other people's characters with your characters.
♦ Step three: they tell you in detail what their character thinks of your character. TL;DR is encouraged; that's how this works.
♣ Optional step four: discuss it with them if you want! Make a big chain of tl;dr if you're up to it.
♥ Step five: other people do the same thing to you! Maybe you even harvest your tl;dr to use in a CR chart later.
♠ Step six: keep checking back in so that no one is ever late!

But Ciel liked Royce because he thought they were pretty similar in how they approached the game at all. It was something methodical and necessary, so like for example, Ciel wouldn't have had the patience for the Tamaki+Kaoru fiasco either... Ciel took his role really seriously, and at the beginning, it frustrated him that not a lot of people seemed to? But Royce and Patchouli were both exceptions, so he respected them both a lot for that from the start.
He was also pretty upset about Royce getting blown up, since up to that point, he'd had heart-to-hearts with every VIP before they died, because that was a way for Ciel to be able to let go of his attachment to that person. That day was where Ciel's strategy shifted hugely, and kind of obviously, because it decimated the VIPs in a swift blow, and Ciel knew it would as soon as they found Royce.
So he was really a lot more upset than he even thought he would be when Royce died, but then had to focus that onto powering through that day, because he knew they were going to get fucked, so he had to do as much damage control as he could. He really regrets not being able too say his goodbye to him, since Royce and Tamaki were the only ones he didn't get to.
